Actuarial Science

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the performing experience analysis of Individual and Group business for clients and internal consumption

• Perform Experience Studies and analysis of client and reinsurer data in line with MR best practices and standards

• Preparation of Experience Analysis reports for consumption at a unit-level and region-level

• Monitoring of reinsurance experience and updating pricing best estimates as an when required

• Completion in accordance with agreed project timelines and objectives

• Reports prepared to standards set by the Chief Actuary

Requirements :

• Knowledge of Life / Health insurance pricing

• Basic knowledge of Power BI / VBA / R

• Actuarial student with at least 3 CM/CB series examinations passed (CS1,CS2 and CM1 Preferred)

• 1+ years' experience in areas of Pricing, Valuation, Actuarial research and/or predictive analytics

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, research, documentation and project/ process management skills

• Sound working knowledge of Excel and database management software like SQL / MS Access
